Do I need any technical skills?+

Are there booking fees or commissions?+
None. You pay $49 a month or $500 a year for your first property, and that's it, however many bookings you get. The monthly plan has a one-time $199 setup fee; the annual plan includes setup.

Each property gets its own website, domain, and dashboard. Your first property is $500 a year, or $49 a month plus a one-time $199 setup, and every additional property is $350 a year or $29 a month.

What if I change my mind?+
